The NF-A4x10 is a premium-quality, ultra-quiet 40x10mm premium quality lifereate that harnesses advanced aerodynamic design features such as Flow Acceleration Channels and Noctua's AAO frame system. The PWM version uses Noctua's specially designed NE-FD1 IC IC for fully automatic speed control ?? r 4-pin connections and comes with a low-noise adapter and an OmniJoin Adapter Set Adapter set to operate on proprietary ports. Its excellent running smoothness, SSO2 reference class bearing and Noctua's proven premium quality make the NF-A4x10 PWM an exquisite choice for the toughest of demands.

The impeller of the NF-A4x10 is equipped on the suction side with so-called flow acceleration channels. By accelerating the air flow in the critical outer regions of the leaves, suction side vortex shedding is reduced, resulting in higher efficiency and lower turbulence noise.

Noctua's Advanced Acoustic Optimization (AAO) frames feature built-in vibration buffers, a stepped inlet area (Stepped Inlet Design), and an interior microstructure (Inner Surface Microstructures) for even greater performance / noise efficiency.

The NF-A4x10 is equipped with the further optimized second generation of Noctua's proven SSO storage system. For SSO2, the backside magnet sits closer to the axis of the axis, providing even better stabilization, resulting in further improved precision and durability.

The NF-A4x10 PWM comes with a (LNA) that reduces the maximum speed from 2000 to 1700rpm. This allows you to either operate the fan at a constant 1700rpm or limit the maximum speed in PWM operation.

Because many devices that use 40mm solderers have proprietary plug connectors, the NF-A4x10 ships with Noctua's OmniJoin Adapter Kit. Simply cut off the cable of the original holder, attach it to the adapter with the supplied 3M Scotchlok clamps and you can also operate the NF-A4x10 on proprietary connections!

While the 20cm short primary cable in typical applications helps to avoid cable clutter, the included 30cm extension provides extra reach for all occasions. Both cables are fully sheathed and a 4-pin Y cable allows you to control a second PWM connector on the same connector.
