The Noctua NF-A9 FLX case fan features smooth running with a maximum noise level of 17.1 dB (A) thanks to the Smooth Commutation Drive technology and SSO2 reference-class bearings. The fan is coupled via a 3-pin connector and modularly wired. The FLX (Flexibility) version provides three speed settings via the included low-noise adapters, providing full flexibility between maximum output and near-silent operation.

The good cooling performance of the NF-A9 FLX is achieved by a number of revolutions of up to 1600 rpm, whereby a volume flow of up to 64.6 m³ / h can be generated. The NF-A9 FLX provides 1650, 1250 and 1050 rpm settings via the included low-noise and ultra-low noise adapters for fine tuning for maximum output or smoothness.

The design of the NF-A9 FLX fan is based on an AAO (Advanced Acoustic Optimization) frame system, which is characterized by its balanced performance / noise efficiency, as well as on the Flow Acceleration Channel fan blades, whose airflow channels on the suction side of the air flow to the accelerate outside fan blade regions.

Made of extra-soft silicone anti-vibration pads reduce the transmission of minimal vibration and are compatible with all standard mounting systems and fan brackets used in CPU coolers.

While the 20cm short primary cable in typical applications helps to avoid cable clutter, the included 30cm extension provides extra reach for all occasions. Both cables are completely sheathed.
