The EM filter cartridges combine filtering and revitalizing water.

A special fired clay is used for the production of EM ceramics, which contains organic material from plants that are millions of years old and are food for the EM Effective Microorganisms® during the fermentation process lasting several months. Among other things, EM ceramics reduce the surface tension of the water and reduce the cluster structures. This restores the natural state of the water.

The EM ceramic is "baked" into the filter cartridge as a powder during manufacture. This creates a very large contact surface with the water. Together with the proven filter performance of Carbonit® NFP Premium filter technology, this results in ideal water filtration.

Activated carbon has a large surface area and is used as an adsorbent in the chemical, medical and water and wastewater treatment industries, among others. It primarily removes unwanted pollutants, colorants, flavors and odors from gases, vapors and liquids.

The EM activated carbon blocks are made from coconut using a special process.
