Limescale protection

The integrated limescale protection granulate creates tiny seed crystals to which the hardness builder calcium attaches. The crystallized lime is completely passive and can no longer adhere to surfaces, dissolved lime becomes insoluble and non-adherent calcium carbonate. The limescale protection granulate provides extensive protection against limescale residues over the entire service life of the cartridge; Hardly any calcification in the kettle, in the coffee machine, on tiles and wash basin etc., the tea and coffee also taste much better with this limescale treatment. The granulate is of course food safe and is completely neutral from a biological point of view.

EM pipes (effective microorganisms)

A new feature of the Premium Dualis EM is the additional filling with gray EM pipes in addition to the catalytic material in the middle of the filter cartridge. B. The cartridge should be changed after about 6 months (according to DIN 1988) or after removal of approx. 5000 liters. The increased occurrence of suspended solids (dirt particles) may lead to a premature reduction in flow. This is not a defect in the cartridge, it indicates the need for filtration, but may require the cartridge to be changed earlier.
