Carbonit EM Puro water filter cartridge cartridge

combines the special properties of a sintered Carbonit® Monoblock with microfiltration of 0.15 μm through the internal capillary membrane. Even high loads that could accumulate in the organism are reliably retained. Minerals dissolved in the water are preserved. The EM Puro is ideal at low tap pressure and allows to limit bacterial loads. The Ster-OTap® capillary membrane is tested according to ANSI/NSF Standard53 (Cyst and Turbidity Reduction).

The activated carbon block used has been tested for safety according to German food law and is processed in an environmentally friendly manner using renewable raw materials. The addition of EM ceramic powder (EM =Effective Microorganisms) gives the filter cartridge special properties. The taste of the water thus appears fuller and fresher to many users.

Service life: The filter cartridge must be replaced after 6 months (according to DIN 1988). In principle, 5,000 liters of water may be filtered within the 6 months. However, an earlier change may be necessary if the water flow is noticeably reduced. An early change is not a defect of the filter used, but an indication of increased occurrence of fine particles in the unfiltered water.
