Carbonit IFP VS water filter cartridge cartridge

The filter cartridge is designed for filtration of well water, water from open waters and water where contamination with viruses and bacteria cannot be excluded. Loads of pollutants dissolved in water, odors and tastes are permanently removed by adsorption. The disruptor fleece ensures the safe retention of viruses and bacteria and much more. Minerals dissolved in the water remain contained.

The IFP VS combines the special properties of a sintered activated carbon monoblock with the patented electro-adsorption technology of the Ahlstrom- Munksjö disruptor filter fleece.
The external activated carbon block with a fineness of 2.5 μm provides adsorption of many pollutants dissolved in water and filtration of particles while the Ahlstrom- Munksjö disruptor fleece inside provides elimination of viruses, bacteria and their degradation products.

Performance: It is recommended to replace the IFP VS after 6 months of use or 5,000 liters of filtered water, whichever comes first. However, earlier filter replacement may be necessary if water flow is significantly reduced. This is not a defect of the filter cartridge but an indication of a high particle and suspended matter load in the unfiltered water.
