Not suitable for DA 146, DA 15X, DA 186, DA 249-4, DA 2XXX, and DA 3XXX.

This odor filter is also available as DKF 16-1 in a 2-pack or as a supply pack DKF 17-1, containing 4 pieces.

In addition to the stainless steel metal filter that captures grease particles, activated carbon filters are used in recirculating range hoods.
Unpleasant kitchen odors are stored and neutralized in the micropores of the activated carbon.

If you operate your Miele range hood in recirculation mode, make sure that the operating hour counter of your hood is activated. It reliably indicates when the odor filter needs to be changed. Only by regularly changing this filter can your Miele range hood operate perfectly in recirculation mode.

For all range hoods, i.e., both in recirculation and exhaust mode, the grease filters must also be cleaned regularly when the indicator light is on. This is usually the case every 3-4 weeks. In the user manual of your Miele
range hood, you will find all the information for optimal care and cleaning.

Please note: An over-greased filter poses a fire hazard!
