The Gastrolux® Biotan Plus® surface refinement provides durable and easy-to-care-for frying and cooking utensils. Its highly oil-repellent property minimizes the amount of oil needed for frying and cooking, allowing for low-fat preparation. Handles, grips, and lid knobs are ergonomically designed and oven-safe up to 260°C. The patented handle attachment meets DIN standards and ensures high stability. A stable pouring rim and a counter grip facilitate handling. The 8 mm thick, warp-resistant base ensures even heat distribution and optimal heat retention. After a final quality inspection, each pan is assigned an individual test number.
