Emile Henry Delight Tajine with lid 26 cm

The small slate-colored tajine dish 'Delight' with a lid has a diameter of 26 cm and a capacity of 4 liters (serving 6 people). It allows for delicious traditional tajine recipes and other braised dishes on all types of stovetops, including induction and ovens. Thanks to its state-of-the-art ceramic, it is lighter than a conventional tajine dish, reacts quickly when searing, and distributes heat evenly to gently simmer and bring out the most delicate flavors. The result is tender, soft, and concentrated in flavors due to the unique shape of its lid, which circulates the evaporated cooking juices. The clean lines of the white lid and the generous, matte black base provide an elegant presentation at the table and enhance all recipes, whether exotic or traditional. With its natural non-stick enamel, it is easy to care for and dishwasher safe. It is heat resistant up to a temperature of 290 °C.
