This wok pan from BEKA complements the diverse MAESTRO range. The wok is made of carbon steel, making it over 50% lighter than a conventional cast iron wok of the same size. The material heats up quickly and can be heated to high temperatures, making it a great choice for traditional, quick stir-frying.

So you can start using the beautiful MAESTRO wok right away, it has been pre-seasoned at the factory. Natural oils were applied to the steel, which formed a patina under high heat. The result is a smooth surface with good frying properties and minimal sticking, all without artificial coatings.
