1590 ml jar # 974 with glass lid ø 10 cm, height 21 cm, packed in illustrated cardboard box, incl. silicone lid, glass lids ø 8 cm and ø10 cm,, 2x clamps and 1x rubber seal, with guidebook incl. recipes, in principle any vegetable can be fermented, but fresh, seasonal organic vegetables are best, use non-raf?nated sea salt, keep food covered with liquid during the whole fermentation process, use jars without rubber seal during fermentation (venting) or with rubber seal (WECK®, Le Parfait) or with silicone lid (WECK® jar), open lid briefly at least every 2 days (venting), store the jars in the dark during the fermentation process.
