Welcome to the Paldea region!
An exciting adventure awaits you in the Paldea region, a vast land of wide plains dotted with lakes, high peaks, barren plains and dangerous mountain worlds.

Jump freely between three great stories and follow your own path. Defeat - in any order - the eight arena lords scattered throughout the region to prove your strength and achieve the Champ rank!

Enroll as a student at the prestigious academy in the heart of the Paldea region and learn about and with Pokémon. There you will be assigned a special independent study project called Treasure Hunt, a great excursion where you can hone your skills as a Pokémon trainer!

Different types of uniforms can be worn at the academy, from short-sleeved to warm blazers. Choose your trainer's eyes, mouth, hairstyle and eyebrows, and collect a wide variety of different accessories to create your own style!

Meet new Pokémon
Choose one of the Pokémon Felori, Krokel or Kwaks as your first partner. Which Pokémon will you start your adventure with?

The Paldea region is home to many other new Pokémon, including Paldea forms of Pokémon you may have encountered in previous Pokémon adventures.

Legendary Transports
You'll meet Koraidon in Pokémon Crimson and Miraidon in Pokémon Purple. These Legendary Pokémon remain shrouded in mystery and are said to have extraordinary powers that far surpass those of other Pokémon.

Koraidon and Miraidon can change form and adapt to the terrain. Ride these Legendary Pokémon to travel the vast Paldea region and explore every nook and cranny within.

Bringbrilliance to battles!
The phenomenon of Teracrystallization is found only in the Paldea region and makes Pokémon shine and glitter like gems. Tera-Crystallize a Pokémon at a strategically smart moment during battle to activate its Tera-Type, which increases the power of attacks of the same type as your Pokémon's Tera-Type and transforms its weaknesses!

In Tera-Raids, team up with up to three other Trainers to battle a tera-crystallized wild Pokémon for a limited time. Attack non-stop without waiting for the other trainers to make their move, and fire up your fellow trainers' Pokémon to increase their stats!

Play Pokémon with Friends
Share the joy of your discoveries with up to three other trainers as you explore the Paldea region together in local play or online in co-op mode! Spend time with your friends, cheer each other on as you battle wild Pokémon, and brag about your Pokémon running alongside you.
