Application: Cement mortar for repairing break-outs, holes and chipped edges in concrete, plaster and masonry. Also for brick and sand-lime brickwork and laying clinker bricks on window sills. For use on walls and floors. Indoors and outdoors. Substrate and preparation: The substrate must be sound, free of cracks, clean, not wet and free of separating components. Suitable substrates are concrete, masonry, plaster, cement screeds. Application: Stir repair mortar (5 kg) into approx. 0.9 l clean water. Mix again after 5 minutes maturing time. Apply mortar with a trowel or steel trowel and pull smooth. After approx. 30 minutes, finish with a sponge board and a little water. When repairing chippings on the floor: before applying the mortar, apply a bonding slurry of repair mortar mixed with a mortar topping. Then continue working fresh in fresh. Clean tools with water. Technical data: Consumption: approx. 1.7 kg / m2 at 1 mm layer thickness. Processing time: approx. 25 minutes. Processing temperature 5-30° C. Can be walked on: after approx. 7 hours at the earliest. All times refer to 20°C. Storage: Can be used in closed original packaging at least until: see imprint. Store in a dry place. Disposal: Mix residual contents with water and allow to harden. Then dispose of as household waste or construction waste. Recycle empty packaging. Please note: not suitable as a screed and for flat applications larger than 1 m2. Minimum layer thickness outdoors and for floor applications: 5mm.
