Based on the HORL ® Standard grind, you can achieve even finer results with the Premium grind - and therefore also more sharpness. Because the smoother the cutting edge, the lower the resistance when gliding through the cutting material.
STEP BY STEP TO FINE SHARPENING

The two whetstones with their fine grit ensure an even smoother knife edge. They are used dry on the burr-free cutting edge. First grind with the fine stone, then with the extra-fine stone to achieve optimum results.
FOR A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL FINISH

The HORL ® leather gives your blades a professional finish after sharpening and, if necessary, breaks the last burr. Thanks to the fine-pored surface, you can optimally remove grinding dust from your blade and ensure a smooth, clean edge.
