The HORL ®3 Pro jig offers a choice of six grinding angles with three locking positions. In addition to the standard grinding angles of 15° and 20° for filigree and stable sharpening, there are four further angles for individual and extreme applications.

Diamond wheel for quick sharpening

The standard diamond wheel is pre-assembled on all HORL ® roll grinders. You can use it to efficiently sharpen knives of any degree of hardness and give them a high-quality sharpness. This is ensured by extremely durable block diamonds.
Ceramic wheel for a burr-free edge

The ceramic honing wheel removes the burr after using the standard diamond wheel and refines the sharpening result. The integrated grooves remove grinding dust from the knife edge, ensuring a smooth knife edge.

The block diamonds installed on the standard diamond disc achieve up to 80% more stock removal compared to the HORL ®2 product family and ensure even faster grinding and a more uniform grinding pattern.

Developed for an even stronger adhesive force, the HORL ® Grip Pad provides up to 70% more grip compared to the S-Pad of the HORL ®2 product family. In combination with ultra-strong magnets, even the smallest knives can now be held in place even better.
