ELODUR Select is characterized by particularly high scratch resistance and an effective non-stick effect. These properties enable low-fat food preparation and simplify cleaning. Outstanding abrasion resistance also ensures a long service life. The rectangular casserole dish with glass lid is made of durable aluminum, which ensures low weight and optimum heat distribution. The inside is equipped with a Select non-stick coating, which is PFAS-free and environmentally and health-friendly. This coating is scratch-resistant and supports low-fat or fat-free cooking. Integrated side handles make handling easier, while the pan can be used in the oven up to 240°C, with a glass lid up to 180°C. The 4.6 mm thick induction base means it can be used on all types of hob. The model is also dishwasher-safe.
