decaffeinated Italian espresso
A blend of selected Arabica and Robusta beans for a perfect espresso with low caffeine content (0.10%). The separate roasting of the Arabica and Robusta varieties ensures balance and roundness, and the different roasting temperatures optimally bring out the characteristics of the various varieties. A medium extraction (approx. 40 ml) is recommended to best highlight the special qualities of this decaffeinated coffee blend. The perfect balance between the varieties used provides the right harmony between the body of the Robusta beans, which also contribute to a good creaminess in the cup, and the sweetness and fruity aroma of the Arabica beans.
