E-Charge, cable Type 2-type 2

The cable is made of TPE material and offers high resistance to oil, abrasion, and UV light. It remains flexible even at low temperatures. Type 2 sockets are now the EU standard and are used by car manufacturers such as Audi, BMW, Hyundai, KIA, Mercedes, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Tesla, Volkswagen, and Volvo. The charging process is monitored through bidirectional communication between the vehicle and the charger. After connecting the cable to the vehicle, a self-test is performed to ensure that the cable is properly connected and the vehicle is ready to charge before the charging process begins. The plugs of the cable are mechanically locked when the cable is powered on, providing protection against theft and unauthorized use during the charging process. After charging, you unlock the vehicle to release the mechanical lock and pull the charging cable sideways from the vehicle to disconnect it from the charger.
