The Deltaco e-Charge EV-32110 charging cable is compatible with all vehicles equipped with a Type 2 socket for those who wish to charge using a public charger or their own dedicated charging box at home with a Type 2 socket, known as Mode 3 charging. Charging power up to 11KW. Silver-plated connectors ensure good contact and long lifespan. Length 10M. Equipped with a dust cover to protect against dust, dirt, and moisture during storage. The cable is made from TPE material, which offers good resistance to oil, abrasion, and UV light. The cable remains flexible even in cold conditions. Type 2 sockets are the EU standard today, and vehicles from manufacturers such as AUDI, BMW, Hyundai, KIA, Mercedes, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Tesla, Volkswagen, and Volvo all use Type 2 sockets. Charging the car is monitored through bidirectional communication between the car and the charger. When the cable is plugged into the car, a self-test is performed to ensure that the cable is correctly connected and that the car is ready to receive power before the charging process begins and the cable is live; the contacts are mechanically locked, which protects against theft and unauthorized use during the charging process. After charging, unlock the car so that the mechanical lock opens, and first remove the charging cable from the car side to disconnect it from the charger. The cable must not be repaired or spliced, as this may compromise its safety and functionality.
