Trays are coated with protective oiled layer and require curing process before use: Heat to medium temperature, wash thoroughly in warm soapy water, dry and apply thin layer of cooking oil, remove excess oil. Heat oil to hot temperature. Repeat several times until uniform black layer is achieved.
