The Lockheed Martin F-117 Nighthawk is a twin-engine, single-seat tactical bomber of the USAF that was delivered to the armed forces in August 1982 as the world's first aircraft with stealth technology. Its development began in the 1970s, and production lasted from 1981 until the summer of 1990. By October 1983, the 4450th Tactical Group was able to form the first unit equipped with F-117s. The aircraft features an unconventional shape made of individual flat surfaces that do not reflect radar waves, and a specially coated dipolar outer skin that absorbs up to 90% of incoming radar waves and is applied by hand. The Nighthawk was first deployed during the US invasion of Panama in December 1989 (Operation Just Cause) and later in the Gulf Wars. Model with 795 pieces, 1 minifigure, movable parts, and a detailed instruction manual. Model dimensions (LxWxH): 41 x 28 x 8 cm
