Description

This CJH chef's knife impresses with its blade shape. The slight flexibility of the blade allows for easy separation from the bone and is also advantageous for subsequent carving and plating. Made from 67-layer Japanese Damascus steel with a core layer of AUS-10V steel, the blade boasts a hardness of 60 HRC, ensuring excellent edge retention. The ergonomic chestnut-shaped handle (Japanese: Kurigata) is crafted from beautifully grained olive wood, red G10 spacers, and a matte brushed stainless steel end cap. This premium chef's knife is delivered in an elegant black gift box.
