The TL100 daylight lamp from Beurer assists you in the prevention and treatment of light deficiency symptoms. To provide enough light to the body using the daylight bulb, the manufacturer recommends applying it for at least 30 consecutive days for at least 30 minutes at a distance of approximately 20 to 60 cm. You can use the full range of functions of the TL100 by installing Beurer's "LightUp" app on your smartphone. With the app, you can control the brightness of your daylight bulb at will or compatibility and set the timer to the desired treatment time. In addition to the treatment of lack of light, the TL100 can also serve as a mood lamp with color changes and ten preset Mood Light scenes. The device simulates sunlight with a light intensity of 10000 lux and can act as a preventative or treatment. Normal electrical light, on the other hand, is insufficient to produce enough serotonin. In a well-lit office, for example, the illuminance is just 500 lux. A walk in the fresh air helps a lot more: even in overcast skies, the illuminance is still high enough to meet the needs of at least 2500 lux.
