This charcoal grill, with its distinctive appearance, is modeled after the traditional clay oven from Southeast Asia but is equipped with the latest technology. Its egg-shaped shell with golf ball dimples is made from ceramic developed by NASA and is also double-glazed.

The Big Green Egg MiniMax offers a variety of cooking options. The dome allows for perfect air circulation, reflects heat, and distributes temperature evenly. Since cooking is always done with the dome closed, a certain humidity is maintained inside the grill - ensuring that the food does not dry out and cooks evenly from all sides. The temperature can be precisely controlled between 70 °C and 350 °C through the air intake and exhaust. To extinguish the grill, simply place the small cap on the grill and close the air supply, and the charcoal will extinguish.

The diameter of the Big Green Egg MiniMax grill grate is 33 cm. Charcoal should be used as fuel. To keep an eye on the grilling process, a thermometer is located in the dome.
