You won't want to part with the two-stage knife sharpener from Taylors Eye. Thanks to its suction cup attachment, this sharpener holds securely on any smooth and dry kitchen surface. Simply place the sharpener down, press lightly on the surface, and flip the lever—done! No need to hold the sharpener while sharpening the blades anymore. Just pull dull blades through the first opening with the diamond-coated wheel 3 to 5 times. The fine honing is then done in the second opening with the ceramic wheel. Already sharpened blades can be treated directly with the ceramic wheel for an extra fine finish.
