Description

The basic kit was specially developed for sharpening Miyabi's knives. It consists of a base made of Hinoki wood, in which the various grinding stones are inserted. The basic kit also includes a dressing stone, with which the Toishi Pro ceramic whetstone can be cleaned, smoothed and, if necessary, touched up.
