The espresso puck filter is placed on the coffee cake pressed down with the tamper, ensuring an even water flow. The channeling effect is reduced, allowing for a uniform extraction of the entire coffee grounds. This dissolves all the aromatic substances from the coffee.

Another advantage is that the brew head remains clean and tidy due to minimal contact with the coffee grounds. The coffee puck becomes more compact and can be ejected in one piece without leaving a mess.

This puck filter fits perfectly on 58 mm portafilters.
Through repeated tests, MHW 3Bomber has found that 58.5 mm is the perfect size. It fits precisely into 58 mm portafilters and reduces coffee grounds waste.

The filter has a thickness of only 0.2 mm, making it ultra-thin, so the amount of coffee grounds does not need to be reduced. The entire filter is made of stainless steel (SUS304), making it very robust and durable. Additionally, it is coated in black titanium.
Not suitable for dishwasher use.
