Puly Caff is the fast-dissolving cleaning powder product used for backflushing the brew heads of espresso machines. It can also be used to clean filters and filter holders. Simply mix 1-2 packets of Puly Caff with warm water and soak the dirty parts of your coffee machine for about 20 minutes. When you remove the parts from the solution, they will be cleaned and look shiny and new. For backflushing the brew head, you should place 1 packet of Puly Caff in a blind filter and run it as if you were preparing coffee. A foam will appear from the waste or disposal pipe; this process should be repeated until the foam becomes clear, after which a normal backflush with just water should be performed to ensure that the cleaning products are completely rinsed out.
We recommend backflushing the brew head at least once a month.
