The SMARTone & SMARTprobe network cable tester & tracker is an excellent tool for network installation and troubleshooting. It utilizes advanced digital signal technology to find and identify installed cables with high precision and speed. The digital technology avoids noise and false signals. The device set includes the SMARTone tone generator and the SMARTprobe cable finder, as well as a cable tester that checks cable continuity, telephone service (polarity), and wiring in a pin-to-pin manner.
