On a wooden block, three Herbertz sharpening stones measuring 15 x 4.5 x 1.5 cm are mounted in a rotating manner: Coarse: silicon carbide, for initial sharpening; Medium: soft Arkansas, for refining; Fine: hard Arkansas, for the final touch. The delivery includes a bottle of sharpening oil. One coarse silicon carbide stone has a grit of 180/200. One medium natural Arkansas stone is comparable to grit 800 (natural stone) and one fine natural Arkansas stone is comparable to grit 1000 (natural stone).
