Gardena Smart Water Control

The smart Water Control is an intelligent irrigation system that combines weather data, plant information, and smart home integration to water gardens precisely, efficiently, and automatically. In conjunction with the GARDENA smart App or the Bluetooth® App, irrigation can be controlled digitally and tailored to the needs of plants and weather conditions, ensuring sustainable and comfortable garden care. The data-driven automation relies on an integrated scheduling assistant that utilizes real-time weather data and an extensive plant library to determine the optimal amount of water for different plant species. Based on this data, the smart Water Control automatically creates customized irrigation plans for lawns and plant areas. When combined with a GARDENA smart Sensor, unnecessary watering operations can be skipped, leading to efficient water consumption and healthier plants. Thanks to smart home integration, the Water Control can be seamlessly integrated into systems like Apple Home, Amazon Alexa, or Google Home. This allows for convenient control of irrigation via voice commands or smartphone, both from home and remotely. The intuitive app control enables flexible adjustments to schedules or manual watering activations. The high-quality valve technology with Safe-Stop safety function ensures reliable operation at a water pressure between 0.5 and 12 bar. The robust valve provides uniform water supply and reliably protects the system from malfunctions. An integrated frost warning adds another safety feature to the system. As soon as the temperature falls below freezing, the GARDENA smart App automatically detects this and sends a warning message to enable timely protective measures and prevent frost damage to the irrigation devices.
