This impressive method of preparation releases wonderful aromas in meat, fish or vegetables and rounds off your dish. The cast-iron cone of the Flambadou has been designed so that it can be heated until it is red-hot. It can therefore be placed directly on the fire or in the embers. As soon as the cone is red hot, the fat can be poured into the cone. The fat then catches fire, melts and drips out of the bottom opening. You can then drizzle this burnt fat onto a piece of meat, fish or another dish to add a special flavor.
