What can the carbon case withstand?
It usually survives drops during normal use (table height) without showing signs of wear.

We know about wear from very intense movement in pockets over time (however, much less than, for example, silicone or leather). Scratches from keys or similar items are virtually nonexistent.

They are not designed for large drops, although there are always impressive stories about them. You get "only" the best possible protection in an ultra-thin case. The material is very durable.

Is the display protected?
Not really, the case is flush with the display for free swiping gestures. If you want to protect your display, we recommend a screen protector. All common models fit with the carbon case.

Care
Apparent scratches can usually be wiped away with a damp cloth.

If it gets really rough, damage can typically be removed almost invisibly with fine sandpaper.
