What can the carbon case withstand?
It typically survives drops from normal use (table height) without showing signs of wear.

Wear is something we know from very intense movement in pockets over time (though much less than, for example, silicone or leather). Scratches from keys or similar items are practically non-existent.

They are not designed for large drops, even though there are always impressive stories about them. You get "only" the best possible protection in an ultra-thin case. The material is very durable.

Is the display protected?
Not really, the case is flush with the display for free swipe gestures. If you want to protect your display, we recommend a screen protector. All common models fit with the carbon case.

Care
Apparent scratches can usually be wiped away with a damp cloth.

If it really takes a hit, damages can typically be removed almost invisibly with fine sandpaper.
