Start by using a vinegar mother or create one within a few weeks from vinegar or wine. Once you have your vinegar mother, regularly feed it with leftover wine. In just three weeks, your vinegar will be ready to enjoy, offering rich and delightful flavors. The ceramic vinegar pot features an acid-resistant inner glaze that guarantees the quality of your homemade vinegar. Additionally, it comes with a removable lid for easy filling, access to the vinegar mother, and cleaning the vinegar pot by hand or in the dishwasher. The boxwood tap, mounted on a cork (made in the Jura), ensures a perfect seal.
