BLACKCHILI CAYENNE-15, sausage and cheese knife, ebony

The CAYENNE-15 is the stylish table knife for any occasion – perfect for a snack, cheese platter, or picnic in the park. With its 15 cm long blade made of hand-forged carbon steel (61–63 HRC), it impresses with versatility and exceptional sharpness for both push and saw cuts. The blade is made from recycled truck springs and offers unique elasticity, sharpenability, and durability due to its silicon content. The handle is crafted from grained ebony with a collar made of deep black heartwood, ensuring perfect balance, water resistance, and extreme longevity. Thanks to its double-sided 15° grind, the knife glides precisely through sausage, cheese, and more. Since 223, the CAYENNE-15 has been handcrafted in our Vietnamese southern forge in collaboration with Ngô Thanh Quang.
