The Ankarsrum Meat Grinder Basic Set is compatible with the Ankarsrum Original Mixer. Use the meat grinder attachment, cutting disc and sausage horns in this set to grind meat and make sausage. The meat grinder attachment also works with other Ankarsrum attachments (sold separately) to grind nuts, strain berries, and make homemade pasta and shortbread cookies. All attachments connect to the Ankarsrum Original Blender via the mill housing on the drive bushing at the base of the blender and are powered by the blender motor.

This package includes a meat slicing disc with 4.5mm holes and three sausage horns in small, medium and large sizes. Use the small horn for meat sticks and jerky, the medium horn for hot dogs and sausages, and the large horn for kielbasa and bratwurst.

With all attachments, the food bowl and pestle help ensure that food enters the grinder safely. Wash all components by hand; dry the meat slicer to prevent rust and rub with oil before storing.
