- Handmade in Sweden. The Ankarsrum Assistant Original is handmade and assembled in the well-known industrial town of Ankarsrum in Småland. The kitchen machine is particularly robustly crafted. Each machine undergoes individual testing before leaving the factory.

- The first food processor produced in Sweden, the Ankarsrum Assistant Original was first launched in 1940. Over the years, the machine has been equipped with a more powerful motor, infinitely variable speed control and overload protection, which have contributed to increased performance and improved safety.

- Nine functions make kitchen work easier. With its 18-piece accessory set, the machine can be used for mixing, blending, kneading and pureeing, as well as grinding, grating, sausage stuffing and straining. - More scope compared to competing products. Since the mixing bowl holds a full 7 liters, up to 5 kg of dough can be made in one step. The bowl is placed above the motor and the gearbox, so the bowl itself rotates, instead of the attachment (for example, a stirring rod), as is common in other food processors.
