The high-quality baking tray made of extremely thin cast aluminum (up to 3 mm) ensures optimum heat distribution. It can also be used, for example, as a baking tray for fine dough of approx. 6.5 mm by simply removing the dough from the upper edge of the tray. The baking tray is heat-resistant up to 260° and does not warp. It can also be used for roasting and grilling and the surface finish prevents food from sticking.
