The smartLav + from Rode is a professional Lavalier microphone for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android devices with a TRRS connector. The lightweight and compact microphone has a miniature capacitor capsule with spherical characte- ristics and is therefore perfect for non-verbal voice recording in professional audio quality.

Plug in, start app, get started

The installation of the Rode smartLav + is very simple: connect the microphone to the smartphone, start the Audio Recording Software app of your choice and you can start. Rode offers an in-house recording app for iOS devices: «Rode Rec App». The app can be downloaded from the iTunes Store, but the software is not free.
