Description

The Artisan peeler is made of 93% beech wood from sustainable forestry. By being finished with natural waxes and glucose, it offers the same functionality as conventional peelers. It is heat-resistant up to 140°C and dishwasher safe. After years of use, the peeler can be disposed of environmentally friendly without its stainless steel blade. Since it contains no fossil raw materials, it burns CO2-neutrally. The stainless steel blade can be recycled through scrap metal collection.
