Direct Action Med Pouch Vertical MK II® Coyote Brown

The Direct Action Med Pouch Vertical MK II® in Coyote Brown is a slightly modified and updated version of our MED POUCH HORIZONTAL. The biggest change is the more visible MED emblem on the front, which has been laser-etched into the loop Velcro, allowing for the addition of various patches, including IR insignia. The partially elastic outer pocket provides space for even more medical equipment while still remaining very flat. Although the pouch is primarily designed for the back of the MOSQUITO Modular Belt Sleeve®, it can be used on any MOLLE/PALS-compatible surface or on a weapon belt up to 45 mm wide. The pouch features easy, ambidextrous access through slip-resistant Hypalon® pull tabs. The interior of the zippered compartment is designed to keep first aid materials securely in place with well-thought-out elastic loops.
