The Med Pouch Vertical MK II in Adaptive Green is the modified and updated version of the MED POUCH VERTICAL. The biggest change is the more visible MED logo on the front, which has been laser-etched into the loop Velcro closure, allowing for the addition of various patches, including IR insignias. The design has also been modified to reduce the weight and bulk of the pouch. This two-part IFAK is designed to be attached to the side panel of chest rigs or to a belt - it occupies a similar space as a magazine pouch. The Med Pouch is primarily made from proprietary laminate and 500D Cordura® for enhanced durability. The compartment for medical equipment can be deployed with a single pull on the Velcro flap. The entire first aid kit is well thought out and is held securely in place by elastic webbing loops. The compartment itself can be quickly opened with just one hand. The interior of the main pouch is equipped with loop Velcro, allowing you to attach the SHEARS pouch inside. The pouch is not only compatible with any MOLLE/PALS modular platform but can also be attached to any 45 mm wide duty belt thanks to specially designed paracord loops.
