Structure of the Medium IFAK

IFAK cover:
The cover is made of robust CORDURA® 500 den laminate combined with a bi-elastic material. This makes it highly abrasion-resistant, water and dirt-repellent, but also adapts perfectly to the contents and compresses the entire system so that nothing slips. The PALS loops on the back allow the IFAK to be securely attached to any standardized MOLLE system. Alternatively, a 5 cm slot on the back allows it to be attached to a belt. This ensures a secure fit and enables quick access. You can slide the supplied reflective foils behind the front Velcro surface so that you have the choice between a discreet or a more conspicuous carrying method.

IFAK inlay:
The removable inlay is used to organize your IFAK utensils for medical first aid. It is made of robust CORDURA® 500 den laminate for a sleek and weight-reducing design. Two Black Curv® panels with laser-cut holes and slots provide you with a platform for various modular attachments for your medical supplies. The inner pouch is closed using a Velcro fastening system. A striking red flap provides quick orientation for easy opening of the IFAK. Two external pull tabs allow quick access during a medical emergency. You can also carry our IFAK inlay as a stand-alone pouch in a larger leg pocket.
