The hand-held transmitter uses AM technology with 1024 coding options. The personal coding can be freely set by the user with a 10-pole coding switch. The transmitter range is approx. 35m and can even be operated from a vehicle. In poor weather conditions, e.g. rain or snow, the transmitter range may be impaired. Steel, concrete, walls or trees can also limit the transmission range of a radio transmitter or garage door opener.

Please note that despite the same frequency, coding type and appearance, a radio remote control can have completely different technical characteristics. This is based on the manufacturer and model. In our store, we naturally point out compatible, tested hand-held transmitters and alternatives.
