Direct Action Med Pouch Horizontal MK III® Adaptive Green

The Direct Action Med Pouch HorziMK II® in Adaptive Green is a slightly modified and updated version of the Direct Action MED POUCH HORIZONTAL. The biggest change is the more visible MED symbol on the front, which has been laser-etched into the hook-and-loop surface, allowing for the addition of various patches, including IR symbols. The partially elastic outer pocket provides space for even more medical equipment while still remaining very flat. Although the pouch is primarily designed for the back of the MOSQUITO Modular Belt Sleeve®, it can be used on any MOLLE/PALS-compatible surface or on a weapon belt up to 45 mm wide. The pouch features easy, ambidextrous access via non-slip Hypalon® pull tabs. The interior of the zippered compartment is designed to keep first aid supplies securely in place with well-thought-out elastic loops.
