The Espresso Bar from the roastery Caffè New York from Tuscany is made from the finest, gently roasted Arabica (80%) and Robusta beans (20%). The coffee is relatively finely ground. The coffee is repeatedly test winner in Feinschmecker Gourmet magazine. Caffé New York has a balanced taste with nuances of dark chocolate, cardamom and nutty elements. This blend has a flavor full of character, with a mild nut-brown crema and a slight sweetness in the finish. This blend is very finely ground, so is best suited for espresso preparation.
