Xyladecor Wood protection primer 2.5 L solvent-based

Deeply effective protection against blue stain and rot, solvent-based
Wood preservative for outdoor use. Do not use indoors. Effective against blue stain and rot at an application rate of 180-220 ml/m2 or 148-180 g/m2.

Areas of application:
Colorless, ready-to-use impregnation for exterior use. Effective against wood-discoloring and wood-destroying fungi. For non-load-bearing, vulnerable wooden components without ground contact in outdoor areas. Freshly treated wood (outdoors) must be covered or stored on a solid, impenetrable surface. The product must be recoated with suitable top coats or glazes within four days. The product must not be used on wood that is intended to come into direct contact with food or animal feed. Do not use in the immediate vicinity of water. The product contains biocidal active ingredients to protect the wood from pests (fungi). It should only be used in accordance with the instructions for use and only in the approved areas of application. Misuse can lead to damage to health and the environment.
Disposal: Do not allow product and product residues to enter the sewage system. Dispose of completely empty packaging/containers with municipal waste. Partially emptied packaging/containers must be handed over to a collection point for hazardous waste. Waste water from industrial use must be treated before disposal. Direct discharge into the sewage system is not permitted. Observe the safety data sheet.

Application:
Remove thick, flaking and unsound old coats. Apply Xyladecor Holzschutz-Grundierung+ undiluted with a soft flat brush 1-2x in the direction of the wood grain. In the case of new wood, several coats may be necessary to achieve the specified application quantity.

Active ingredients: 7.5 g/kg 3-iodo-2-propynyl butylcarbamate (IPBC) and 2.4 g/kg propiconazole.

Consumption:
0.75 l = approx. 8 m2 (approx. 4 m2 with 2 coats)
2.5 l = approx. 25 m2 (approx. 12.5 m2 with 2 coats)
5 l = approx. 50 m2 (approx. 25 m2 with 2 coats)
