The perfect composition of proteins, carbohydrates and fats

MCT fats - If you choose the right fats in combination with carbohydrates and protein, fat is considered a good energy supplier. MCT fats are used in the WOO® Shape. MCT fats can pass through the intestinal mucosa unchanged and be transported directly in the blood via the portal vein to the liver without the detour via the lymphatic system. Furthermore, unlike other fatty acids, no transport protein (carnitine) is required for transport to the mitochondria, the energy power plants of the cells. MCT fats are therefore digested more easily and more quickly.

Carbohydrates - Potato starch is used for carbohydrates, thus we achieve a stable blood sugar level and the energy is released over a long period of time. Short-chain carbohydrates and sugar are deliberately avoided.
Broken down protein - Isolate, i.e. broken down protein, is used for the protein. The whey protein isolate used is so highly refined that it is no longer recognized by the body as milk protein and is even lactose-free. The positive effects such as an optimal amino acid profile for regeneration and muscle building are included. Lactose and other negative characteristics of milk protein are excluded.
