It can also be used to cut branches, wooden beams, squared timber and plastic pipes with ease. The fine-toothed side, with 17 pointed and ground teeth per inch, is used for cross cuts. The coarse-toothed side is equipped with 8 set and ground teeth per inch. It is ideal for longitudinal cuts in the pulling direction. The ergonomic handle is made from two plastic components and facilitates effortless work. The handle can be removed without tools to save space when storing the Japanese saw.
